What makes the Ready Foam Wall Spill Berms desirable is the fact that you can either drive over any of the foam walls. However, for low ground clearance vehicles like forklifts, simply remove them to allow lower profile vehicles to enter and or exit the spill containment berm. These foam berms are light-weight, long-lasting, and durable. Designed specifically to withstand cars, trucks, and even heavy equipment traffic to help ensure a leak-free containment.

Ready offers models with built-in foam the berm for a more permanent structure or can be removable for secure storage and convenience. All of these models are portable, easy to deploy, and simple to take down and fold up for complete compact storage and use. Our EZ Foam Berm is our “one-piece design” with no loose parts or complicated assembly required. The EZ Foam Wall Spill Containment berm deploys quickly and is available in sizes up to 10′ x 10′ x 4″.

Question: How do I determine what size Berm to order?

Answer: Determine if the spill containment berm is chemically compatible to ensure the proper fabrics, fittings, and support systems are used.

Determine the size and Capacity.

1. Answer: Determine the dimensions of the berm needed.

Measure the length and width of the container or equipment
you wish to contain and add an additional 1-2 feet to the berm’s
length and 1-2 feet to the berm’s width. This will allow clearance to work or drive into the area.

2. Answer: Determine the capacity of the berm and ensure that this will
contain the total volume of liquid in the container or
equipment. Furthermore don’t forget to allow for displacement! Allowing for a
110% containment.

Question: What materials are the Spill Berms made of?

Answer: Ready Spill Containment Berms are normally constructed using 30 oz. chemical resistant ER-1000, XR-5, or equivalent fabric with a stable polyester fabric base that supports a coating with exceptional UV and hydrocarbon resistance. We also offer other specialty fabric for acids and other applications. Call us or email if you have any questions.

Question: How do I determine which Spill Berm will work best for me?

Answer: All of our spill berms have great chemical resistance and wall supports making them ideal for containing leaks and spills from tanker trucks, drums, tanks, and industrial equipment and machinery.

Question: Will the berm be driven in and out on a constant basis?

Answer: If so check out our Drive through berm or Foam wall berms for smaller volumes containment options.

Question: Will the spill berm be used in a narrow or limited space?

Answer: Then our L Bracket Spill Berm which has the smallest footprint and the largest containment capacity or Foam wall berms for smaller volumes containment options.

Question: Do I need to prep the area for the spill berm?
1. Answer:  We recommend a level surface void of any shape rocks, nails other objects that may puncture the berm. We offer ground mats to protect the berm from damage from underneath and track mats to protect the spill berm from rocks and other objects that may be embedded in the tires of the trucks.
2. Answer: Keep in mind that if you set the spill containment berm up on an un-level surface you will lose capacity.
Question: Can the spill containment berms be repaired?

Answer: Yes, As part of our *7 Year warranty on our 30 oz.  ER-1000, XR-5, or equivalent fabric spill berms. We offer the use of a professional hot air welder to allow in-field repairs.

Question: Can the spill berm be customized?

Answer: Yes, with an ISO 9001;2015  certified design QMS we can customize a one up solution for your spill containment issue or help to design, build, and produce your spill containment solution.
